But man.. tracks like Limo Wreck, The Day I Tried To Live and Fourth Of July are beyond perfect. Still one of my all-time favorites (along with a whole slew of other bands, but that's besides the point).

Superunknown is a classic. Down On The Upside is also great, as is Badmotorfinger. Never got into their old stuff that much.

God Forth of July is so amazing. Glad you mentioned it, I also really love An Unkind, Boot Camp, and Tighter and Tighter from Down On The Upside.
Soundgarden = better than good

I can't hate Audioslave, I just take it at face value. They will never be as good as RATM or Soundgarden, the sum of those bands were just greater then their parts. It just sounds like CC singing for rage, I think it is alright. I still would like to see Cornell put out some more solo stuff, he has a hell of a voice, and it was nice to see it in a different context than Soundgarden.

Great band. I actually got into them through Audioslave (I liked Rage>Audioslave>Soundgarden) but they're a fantastic band.
Chris Cornell is one of my favourite vocalists.
I have to say I didn't get into "Down On The Upside" as much as Superunknown or even Badmotorfinger, but it had some great songs on.
