Yes but that wasn't actually a summer demo, some of that other stuff just gets lumped in with the summer demos sometimes. It was part of the actual De-Loused sessions

I think they recorded live with Flea... then they redid some bass parts and Omar added more stuff.

i wanna hear Tremulant versions of all of the tracks in the original setlist: Inertiatic, Roulette Dares, and Cicatriz. that'd be sick.
tangentially, i am only just now learning that Eunuch seems to not have been part of the earliest setlist, and instead seems to have debuted in early 2002.
This is sort of what you're looking for (earlier than Tremulant though):
I listened to that so many times in 2002. Forever, no matter which version, every time it gets to "Midnight nooses from boxcar cadavers"... I'm expecting the robot voice effect in "cadavers".

I'm trying to get a hold of someone I know that recorded Concertina and Eriatarka when they played Puerto Rico. Hopefully she still has the footage. I'm getting all nostalgic about old school Volta.
Any updates on that, roob?

Long gone, my friend. That was recorded on a digital camera. She told me she lost all of that a long time ago. I've been digging in my storage and found some cds with pictures and videos from that era. She did pass them to me, but I don't remember what I did with them. Maybe it's in one of those but I don't think so.
Crazy how I haven't seen anything from that show in ages.

listening to Maida Vale today, and thinking it would have been cool to include all the sessions as a remastered release in the boxset or streaming a la Landscape. (Yes I know they were released before)
Man they were just smokin' during those sessions. Too bad they didn't get in-the-studio video.

More Omar projects are clearly amiss too - hard no comment on future Volta (obviously) and mention that when they kicked off box set work him and Omar were discussing some other project that he can’t talk about....so yeaaaahhhhh more irons in the fire friends.

Jeff Jordan responded to someone's comment about that, said it's related to Clouds Hill but not TMV
