The dude did another one for Conjugal Burns:

FUCK YEAH MAN 10 YEARS!!! I really think this album is their best one, so I made this video to honor the 10 years anniversary (which is today) of this masterpiece, maybe a little underrated. I used some videos i found here on yt, with an audio i get from the comatorium forum (thx guys btw)

He's using video from different concerts. I believe they used a click track during the Bedlam era (you can hear it bleeding through during the first quiet guitar part of Tetragrammaton from the Berlin boot), so it's easy to sync.

If I remember correctly somebody remastered the broadcast after it aired, maybe you still have the initial version.

well damn, anybody know where I'd be able to get my hands on this, not having much luck in the trading forum

never been a big fan of that broadcast simply because of how muffled it sounded

Time to reconsider!

hell yeah, appreciate it

Hey! I'm the guy who made those 2 videos, you already found the audio I used for Metatron, for Conjugal Burns I used the audio from Burlington, Higher Ground, 01/09/08 if anyone still wants to know, srry for the very late response, and I edited using Hitfilm

In some ways, terrible quality. In other ways, PREMIUM DANCING.

Hard to post vid on my phone . This epic clip shows an ambitious cover band play a whole mars volta show with Fistfull of Dollars intro then immediately Take The Veil. A legit version of Cassandra too. First time seeing this. Whole performance incredible with a Hott lady on vocals

yeah, that's fucking legit. Well played. I'm going to need to watch all this now. You can tell they're proper fans in the arrangements. I mean, Cygnus is one of my favourite pieces of music of all time, and they've more than done it justice.

pretty sad that that's the best live Cassandra available in terms of sound quality though, seriously the relative lack of professional recordings from the Frances tour is a tragedy

wow-- they're fucking solid!! sad though that tribute bands go out and reenergize this amazing music when the actual creators of it could still get together and do it. Man now i'm gonna have to go on a Volta kick.

That being said, I'm still on Team Volta Make New Music Don't Live In The Past.

it's a shame that when bands die, their songs die with them, never to be played again.

ditto specific eras in a band's life.
