Velvet Underground - Sister Ray

Pavement - The Hexx (the live hard rock version from 1997, not the album version)

anything off Sonic Youth's Daydream Nation

anything off the Stooges' Raw Power

I'd like to hear them do "Money" or maybe "Breath" both by Pink Floyd (Dark Side of the moon  )
The solo in Money would be brilliant.
TMV could do something awesome with it, you know, make it their own, but not really their own!

Go Dark Side of the Moon!!! WOO WOO

I agree. But I'd change the album... Led Zepellin II.

Awesome album!!! Imagine John doing Moby Dick's Solo...

SO AWESOME!!!

He's one of my three favorite drummers.

White Rabbit by the Jefferson Airplain, however you grammatically pronounce that name. Jefferson's Airplain? Or was that when they were called Jefferson Starship? Eugh... 70s...

anyway, the guitar lines in that song are awesome, and I would love to hear Cedric howling about the doorman and all that. Maybe break down into a cover of Summer of 68 (the "how do you feel?" part in particular) by Pink Floyd,

Jefferson Airplane at that time

But that's a great one to cover. Grace Slick really fucking rocks that song she has such a powerful voice... "Free your head......Free your head"

But I'd like to hear them do a Syd Barret Pink Floyd song. Come on guys don't bore them with Gilmour   . But Syd's style of guitar is more like Omars than David's is. Anyway the song I'd like to hear would probably be Intersteller Overdrive or Astronime Domine.....

It was Barrett.......

I'll let you in on an easy way to tell the difference; If the guitar is clean smooth and slow with trillions of string bends it's Gilmour.

Ha ha. I'm killing myself. Sorry to Gilmour lovers I'm having a joke :P

Seeing Sara's suggestion of Bjrk's Hunter, I think Cedric should make a cover of Bachelorette, with an orchestra and such.
He has the voice. And the shouts.
It would be wonderful.

Tutti Frutti by MC5

With Omar and Cedric, they could totally pull off an awesome MC5 cover-act.

A Queen cover would fucking rock as well.
