I KNOW! LET'S ALL SAY PINK FLOYD AND KING CRIMSON!!!

i'd go for a totally freaky absurd salsa prog noise version of radiohead's idiotheque. i mean, imagine it with a drunkship-ish groove! 'women and children first, and the children first, and the children...'

*tries to come up with ORIGINAL suggestions...*

Tutti Fucking Fruity ha ha - you couldn't have picked a funnier song (sorry if im offending you)

but yes they should cover a mc5 song. but my pick would probably be Black to Comm........STARSHIP!!!!!!!!

Black to Comm over Starship.

Maybe extend it to 20 minutes and put the Looking at You solo's in there somewhere.

or Thunder Express - the riff

or Skunk (Sonically Speaking) - imagine Jon on the intro... god damn!!!

it was said already, but that person was 110% correct in saying it:
Anything off of Raw Power by The Stooges.
Also, Heroin by the Velvet Underground...heh.
Why don't they do the 26 minute version of Dazed and Confused by Zep?

But really. I don't want to hear them cover anything. Maybe throw in a verse or something in the middle of a break down of Cicatriz or something, but not flat out covering.

I highly doubt they would ever cover anything by a band lots of people have heard (Ie. Floyd, Zep, etc...) of.

I would REALLY love to hear what they would do to an old blues standard...like, anything by Robert Johnson, Skip James (Devil Got My Woman!), or J.B. Lenoir.

bjork - hunter
led zepplin - kashmir
the doors - love her madly

Yeah a Björk cover would be possible, he said he's a fan of Björk in an interview (was it guitarworld?) and he sang lines from Bachelorette at the Pukkelpop festival.

jimmy hendrix- voodoo child, that would be sick, though cedric doesnt exactly have the same vocal range.
Also any queen song would totally rock.
