www.purevolume.com/closureinmoscow

definitely some mars volta influences

really good in my opinion. unfortunately they're kind of associated with what many would like to call "the scene"
but they're australian, and just moved to the states, so they had to fit into some mold.
hope you like it. i think it's incredible.

Love this album. It's like dance music gone prog. Get a very 80's vibe from it. Bit of an RnB thing going on too.

for sure, though i think kissing cousins is great but it seems to start and stop too many times to be an absolutely solid opener
too many breakdowns
arecibo message is incredible IMO
but they ruin that soung with the off-time key change at the end. i have NO clue why they do it and it bugs me to death

I love that key change it gives it a foreign vibe not sure from where though. And what about Deluge it's so bouncy with catchy drumming and backup vocals.

This album's been getting better with each listen. Kissing Cousins is still my favorite song, but Vanguard is pretty tight.
