it really doesn't, but surprise yourself and buy an album (if you can actually find one) because they're great.

Bonsai Superstar is a great album. Been listening to it a lot lately.

Hot Metal Dobermans and Fucking With the Altimeter are probably my favorite tracks.

I just checked out Bonsai Superstar yesterday and this seems like it could become one of my favorite records. How did I miss these guys for all these years. They are heading up there with Dismemberment Plan as my fav bands of the 90s.
*I think I can hear the influence on Cedric, I was wondering where he got some of his extreme vocal fx ideas.

Brainiac are pretty much the reason ATDI broke up.

I have all their albums (original copies) and every single song of every single album is awesome. This band is unique. I really don't know which album I like more, I mean Bonsai Superstar is perfect, but songs like Nothing Ever Changes, Vincent Come On Down and Indian Poker [part 3] make Hissing Prings In Static Couture a fucking great album.

Just google search "Brainiac *album name* mediafire" or something and you should be able to find all their albums.

Also, let me say that this is my favorite band of all time. It took me 10 years of searching until I stumbled upon them, and, unfortunately, this was also about 12 or 13 years after Timmy Taylor died.

Seriously? When? Who did they play with? Tell me what you can about it.

One time I was scouring the internet looking for every piece of information on them that I could find, and I discovered that at some point in the early to mid 90's, they opened for Fugazi. Brainiac and Fugazi... that sounds like one of the best concerts of all time if you ask me.

I think it was 1996. They toured europe with Truly. Truly was from Seattle with a former bass player from soundgarden (asian guy) and Mark pickerel, who used to drum with Screaming Trees. Anyway, small crowd, energetic performance.
