Damn those are both solid.  I wish John would release more music.  It's been a while since we've seen any legit new stuff.  Hell I'd be happy if he released a whole album of b-sides or other songs like these that were recorded but never released.

The chord progression before the verses in Drill sound almost identical to those in Dissolve.

Been forever since he’s done anything like this - I mean we know these tracks are from 2004 but still. Any idea who does the bass and drums? If it’s curtains sessions, assume Carla azar, but just curious!

Sounds like here,air could be from the same time.Might be just the choice of equipment

It is identical to this cold. This song is a combination of second walk, this cold and time runs out

this was my main problem with the monthly releases, chord progressions by numbers.

I dont think they are availiable in lossles. The files i were sent from people who got vinyl were 192kbps

Kinda disappointing,in 2010 there were 32bit wav downloads included and it says hi res files on the record collection site...
