Nearly all Can songs are just chopped up edits of super long jams.  They never released the original audio.  Mother Sky is a perfect example, you can hear the cuts. I think Flow Motion was the first where they weren't just turning jams into smaller numbers.  I may be wrong.

Monster Movie is great.  Such a raw album.  Outside My Door is one of my favorite Can songs.  Listening to Mooney just combust is a treat

Just wrapped up the chapter during the Landed era.  You can tell its about to get tragic, things are just about to fall apart in the story and its painful.  This whole book is tragic, a band always at the cusp of blowing up but constantly being dealt the wrong hand.

Sidenote:  looking for CAN boots.  I have some, but have been struggling to expand my collection from searching online.

Besides all of them?  If I had to pick 4...

Waldbuhne 5.22.1972

Live on the BBC

Paris Olympia 5.22.1973

Colchester 5.17.1972

Paris 1.17/29.1975 (Meadow Sweet is an unfinished track they played a decent amount in this era.  This is post Landed pre-Flow Motion.  Seems they could have gone a different way, and this song shows it.  It's a must hear)

Those 4 have pretty solid audio along with amazing performances.  Volkshalle 10.22.1971 is a better show, but is pretty rough in audio quality.  Likewise some of the later (76/77) shows sound great, but a bit of the magic is gone.  Still great, but not as great.  I haven't listened to Colchester 5.8.1972 or London 3.10.1973 but I got grabbed them based on their reputation.

Brussels 1.9.1976 has a Jaki Liebezeit drum solo which is unique to that show.  Don't recall any other shows with a full on drum solo

Koln 6.1968 is the first ever performance by Can back when they were called Inner Space.  Only show I have that has Mooney.  It's pretty rough sounding, but historically amazing

Hatfield 11.21.1975 has them trying out a new singer which is kind of interesting

Hanover 4.11.1976 is the only show I really can't recommend.  They are trying another new singer and its a real bad fit.  Just a bad juxtaposition of gritty Can and this very clean singer.   It wasn't fun

I'd strongly suggest starting with Paris 5.22.1973 then.  The rendition of Spoon is something I constantly go back to.  They go off on this delectable tangent that is so hypnotic.  It perfectly paints the picture of why live Can is so worth your time
