The new studio album KG is not up for pre-order in the states yet.  The live album is up though which I grabbed the special edition for because it was 6 extra bucks and I'm fanboy scum.  Says it will ship November 13th.  Hoping the mail is a little more functional at that point since the election will be over.

it is, under caroline records for some reason. got myself a flat yellow one

KG is good but definitely a sidestep apart from intrasport. commercial too, but not in a bad way - hope it gets them in even more ears. overall a solid effort but i'm more excited for the "experimental" next album. some questionable mixing as well, a lot of ancillary stuff seems too high or vocals too low

Pretty much how I feel about it.  It's not bad, but nothing too exciting.

Well I've never been their biggest fan, but I'd say this is one my favorite of theirs. I loved straws in the wind since it came out.

Finished one listen.  I really enjoyed, but it also feels derivative of their own works, which I guess is pretty common for Gizzard.  That electronic dance number is pretty solid though and unique.  I dunno, feels like a great album for Gizzard fans but otherwise kind of whatever.

I think it's great! The whole album has amazing flow. Never was a huge fan of fmb. This acoustic approach to that genre is really what fmb misses imo. The raga kraut thing is really doing it for me

I agree about the acoustics but I still like banana better, I do wonder though how this would've been received if it came out first
