Inspired by atdisongs.com, I started a Volta spreadsheet documenting the entire history of the band. Also adding all significant events besides the tours and live recordings.
I’m open to suggestions what to add.

Some specific things I want to figure out atm:- times when Omar was recording stuff at Clouds Hill in recent years- when that AM video shoot with Travis Barker happened- when that Birth of a Ghost session happened- when Amalia was shot- when the Crystal Fairy collab happened (weren‘t there cancelled tour dates?)- List all times Omar has jammed w/ RHCP on their 2006 tour
- Likely recording timeframes of Omar / Cedric solo projects and collaborations with other artists

Luke (Sier) was doing a massive overhaul of the website. I don't know if he is still working on it. I hope so because I've seen the new website and it is super sexy and a model for all fandoms to follow.

Thanks for the info. Been wondering for a long time. I liked how they posted concert posters for every show

Te puedo ayudar un poco con eso
- when that AM video shoot with Travis Barker happened?
Answer: According to Travis' Instagram post, the video clip for the song 'LET THE RIGHT ONE IN' was filmed on May 30, 2016. Attached photo of the post.

- when Amalia was shot?
Amalia was recorded between March and May of the year 2017 according to the posts of Denise Dorado who was the protagonist of this movie.
It was not only a recording but it was part of a process since there are photos of her attending the atdi concert that was held at the Shrine Auditorium and she also met Teresa.

Nice work!
Regarding early years, I wonder where those Aranas en la Sombra tracks fall into all this. Perhaps late '01-early '02?

This is the kind of nerdy help I was hoping for! Thank you!
Regarding The Marble Shrine, I'm actually hoping my little document could help bring it back: Either serving as motivation - like who is this dude thinking he could compete with the work of beauty that is TMS as the TMV recording resource with his cheap spreadsheet - or as actual help by collecting additional information, especially about the various post-2010 activities, like the LB dates with Omar on bass or all of the four million concerts Bosnian Rainbows played, as my memory about the events and where to find info about them is still fresh.

Hey gracias por el reconocimiento, so in wikipedia there are dates of the tour of the 'Stadium Arcadium' ( https://en.wikipedia...dium_World_Tour ) in which The Mars Volta opens the shows probably has done little jams, I leave links of some. Marcel Rodriguez was a percussionist in

So we need to know when the Ximena records were made, and the Ipecac series.
Alot of Omar's solo career is a mystery. When did he find the time to record Escorpion Perfumado?
All in all, a great effort. This makes me realize the enormity of Omar's career. And the tragedy that his earlier solo stuff isn't really available in any official capacity. That was some of my favorite stuff. Gonna have to go back and listen to Megaritual.

Excellent work, sorry I couldn't add specifics. Could we add other members projects to this? Cedric recording with Anywhere, adding vocals to the Nobody LP, Sympathy for Delicious, that Juliette Lewis LP? In the interests of completism...

Don't know if its of any help, but back then I did some googling about the recording locations listed in FTM credits:
