The music is great, but it's hard for me to listen to this album without wishing for better vocals. El Bien was immediately my favorite album in the Ipecac series and I wish he tried as hard for the vocals on the albums in the second batch. Omar has a great voice when he puts the effort in.

yeah the vocals aren't strong here, but i still think it works though in a roman lips kind of way

Absolutely one of the finest of the Ipecac series. Now that we have a fresh take on the vocals for "A Fool So Bleak", "Paint Yourself A Saint", and the "Arcos del Amor" re-imagining on this record, maybe some of you will revisit this gem and completely fall in love.
Glad to see it be among the first of the 23 records to be represented by ORLG live!

nah, I can caught seeing "Amor" on the top of the setlist. I mentioned "Cassando > Oro" on the ORL thread to suggest that they nearly performed 3 songs from KTLR, making it only 3 albums total if you exclude Arañas.
