I've been kicking it with their self-titled recently.

It's good shit, I like the first song especially.

i only care for "California" the rest of of Mr. Bungle's stuff isnt my fancy. I prefer Secret Chiefs 3. but i favor dog fashion disco, which contrary to previous opinions, has matured very much- they're not the ska band they used to be.

Mr. Bungle is a great stepping stone in OTHER music, but I hardly ever listen to it anymore.

In that case, would you care to make any recommendations?

Judging by The Three's avatar, you should definetly check out Kaada, check out the record he and Patton made together, Romances, it's great.

I'm really hung up on Omar Khorshid's Rhythms from the Orient right now. Go for that.

Killer Stuff. I like the experimenting of Disco Volante and the pure awesomeness of California. The first album lost its novelty for me kindof after many listens. I still listen to a few songs off it though.

I like the quirkyness of the first I guess... But it doesent satisfy like DV or California for me. Mike Patton's shit on Six Litanies For Heliogobolus was THE SHIT. That, Bungle, and Moonchild are my fave Patton projects.
