i know..the people in this thread think they are way more popular than they actually are.

fantastic band though. i check 'em out whenever they play here

HA HA Lol true.

I dont want to be a dick but i wonder if they didnt have Marcel and Marfred would they still be getting all this credit. Are people being influence to much by their brother lol.

on another note
They sound pretty good but i cant help and think of mars volta when i listen. They sound like mars volta minus the lyrics and ikey turned up louder. just my opinion.
but no doubt they are good.

one last thing:
are they're show 21^, usually?

well if their not 21^ or 18^ than i'll be their on the 5 of January lol.

c'mon, they are honestly amazing, not just because 2 of them have a "famous" brother. my opinion anyways.

Is it possible?

are they're show 21^, usually?

well if their not 21^ or 18^ than i'll be their on the 5 of January lol.

Oh shit, I didn't think about that. I hope reeeeeally hope that they aren't.

It' up to the venue whether it's 18+ or 21+. They sound more like Defacto than they do The Mars Volta. I think they would still be getting the credit because they don't even like letting the venues know about Marcel being in the Mars Volta. He's pretty private about it because he does a lot more writing in Zechs Marquise. He is an awesome keyboardist. Marcel and I talk a lot more about Zechs Marquise than we do about the Volta.

Don't worry. If I do go to the concert, I'll try to sneak in a camera and take some nice Marcel shots for ya

Don't worry, you don't need to "sneak" a camera in. They don't care, they're not like System of a Down

Sometimes the venue won't let us.
I already know the smaller venues in Fresno, so yea.. just guessing to whichever one they go to.

Is anyone ever going to answer my question?

If it's not possible, a simple "It's not possible" would suffice.

the show at the unknown theatre is going to be dope no matter what. the unknown is a great little venue, and i'll fer sure have to catch them there. has any one else been to the unknown? i saw the animatronics there, and they had a resident painter goin that night, and some gnarly pyschadelic videos and whatnot... it should be fun. btw. the airliner wed nights... should probobly go back more often even without FMA it'll be fun. sorry for the tangent at the end.
