That show was last minute booked at the Speakeasy in Venice Beach. Complete improv. That was the night they decided to form Bosnian Rainbows.

album is out now in GMT timezones. it's got some tunes that really feel like they could have been on Touch But Don't Look (my favourite D solo project), and some that sound like they could have been instrumentals for the likes of Meshell Ndegeocello! I'm digging it

Thanks! There is at least once song that is familiar to a pre-existing song Nicci and D performed at some point so its not complete improv.
Second to last track is a riff off of this jam
How do you know that is when they decided to form BR?

Also does anyone recall where Dark Angels played the gig in October 2011 with Omar?
Woah I did not know this happened.
Mataxia, do you still have that recording??? Was it just this? And somebody wrote in this thread they "watched" the performance online, so was there video??
Once I get the TMS show page up It will have a link to the audio.
TL is right there used to be a video but lord knows what happened to it.

Nice find. I suppose I'm referring to ORL's contribution to that WADA set being completely improv guitar work.
D has told me that was the night that decided all of it.
