Hi I am looking for the infamous Frances the Mute Pro Tools session files. Frances the Mute is my all time favorite album and I would love to have this ao I could hear every guitar part clearly. In my search I did find the separate wma files but the only post that I found mentioning the actual pro tools files is this one:

The post is ten years old and the download link of course doesn't work anymore. So if anyone has these files or knows where to find them I would be extremely grateful!

Sorry I do not have this. But I would love to have tfm séparate file !!!! Especially the drums, then the rest.

Do you know if this exist for the ditc etc ? I asked once Matt Bittman he said he does not give anything

I might still have those somewhere, but I think only the acoustic intro from cygnus got leaked along with Cedrics vocals. Nothing else. I remember a bunch of the vocal files were just Cedric joking around and beatboxing.

Sorry dytar I never heard of such files for de-loused and Sorrki if you could find the pro tools sessions it would be amazing I don't mind that is just sarcophagi.

I do have those somewhere, it's only Sarcophagi though. I doubt there was anything else leaked.

There are apparently people who have Miranda too.  Maybe others?  I can't remember.  Not really sure why Sarcophagi is the only one that became publicly available.

Aren't you thinking of the acoustic Miranda demo, where it's just Omar and Cedric, which does end up in beatbox ?

Nah, he joked around a bunch on those sarcophagi recordings too. Maybe no beatboxing though, it's been too long since i've heard them.

It was interesting to hear how many takes Omar needed to record Sarcophagi and how rough his playing style sounds on its own. It also revealed how they applied Autotune to Cedric's voice.

There is a version of L'Via L'Viaquez with isolated tracks that they did for either Guitar Hero or Rock Band.. I believe it only has about 4 isolated tracks though with some of them grouped.

In case somebody is interested in the wma files. Somebody once converted the .wav files to smaller .wma files and feelsgoodman re-uploaded them a while back.

am i crazy? i swear the pro tool files that everyone wanted was for miranda and it was around 20 or 40 gigs originally on oink, and not just the mix for sarcophagi?

you wont find anything more than the .wma files of the sarchopagi sessions. the .wav files and the pro tools files exist, but they arent commonly traded. back in 06-07 Miranda's session folder was also uploaded to Oink, but it was like 50 gigs so no one really downloaded it and then oink got shut down.
