They used to be my favourite band. But when they are bad, they are so so bad. And that spolied it for me.

I think they kinda suck, but what can be done.

thats WRONG cuz you don't know what youre talking about. Its wrong to say that they "suck" cuz they don't, you probably listening to some bad song's by them cuz The Cure have suuuch big evolution between thier carrier, thier first two record "I think" isn't that god, I personaly don't like them that much, its not bad tho its more garage-punk, but then after that when they started to play more Gothic-depressiv who some of the stuff is truly amazing mostly Phornography then Disintegration who is a absolute beatiful as we all know, then thier all thier pop songs.

This band is probably my favorite band from the 80's together with Talking Heads.

P.S Friday I'm In Love is probably the best Pop song ever written, Yeah serious. Think about it.

Wish is my favorite album by them right now. they have so many great songs and albums. i do admit that some of the songs they do leave me wondering what the hell they were thinking(they covered purple haze?) and they are very good live.

^ One of my alltime favourite albums.

The Kiss is seriously one of the heaviest tunes I've heard by anyone. Everything about that song just pwns.

Like Cockatoos, Icing Sugar and How Beautiful You Are also rate mentions as being awesome. For me, this is the definitive Cure album.

I do love that album. It's annoying that the complete version is the cassette one, I've still not found a copy and I've been looking for ages.

I hope they re-realise Kiss me, kiss me, kiss me and Disintegration like those other new Deluxe Edition's with dope remastered sound, cuz the quality is a little crappy in the this one, it def work but should be nice with rem sound and another disc with b-sides and a fat booklet with never seen pictures and stuff like that.

Haven't listening anything to those other Deluxe verĀ“sions, is the sound quality much better? and is the second disc you get any god?

I haven't been that impressed with the remasters to be honest. The second discs are mostly full of poor quality RS home demos (good if you're a collector who likes to have everything, but not actually all that good to listen to).

The Faith one was good though - that had Carnage Visors included in it. I've wanted that on CD for ages. Sounds very nice too.

That's why I haven't bought any, most of the extras I've already had bootlegged for years.

Disintegration is one of those perfect albums. The kind where you get to the last track and think about the first track just to remember how the whole thing began.

At least that's what I did.
