I think the bands "Earth", "Earth & Wind" and "Earth, Wind & Fire" should do a collaboration and call it Earth and Earth and Wind and Earth, Wind and Fire

When you say Earth & Wind, do you actually mean Earth & Fire?

Because if not, and there is also a band called Earth & Wind, then Earth & Fire need to get in on this too.

I would really like to hear this.

Earth & Fire are an obscure group that wrote the song "Hazy Paradise" which Ghost later covered on Hypnotic Underworld.

I'm surprised at how many more people listen to Sunn0))) then Earth. Earth is much better than Sunn. Maybe it's just this forum is why I get that idea.

I saw Earth together with Pelican (and priestbird). Didn't really work for me live that much. Okay... but not great. imo.

An Inquest Concerning Teeth is one of the most glorious songs I've ever heard.

I really dig this band at the moment, recently got Pentastar and it rocks. The first Earth release I heard was Hibernaculum, which also rocked, but I got confused when I listened to Pentastar and thought "Hey, that intro sounds familiar..."

EDIT: now I bother to read the last part of the first post. lol

So what can be expected of these guys live? Stoner, ambient, drone, keyboards, everything? Like, what is it like for the most part these days. I'm thinking about seeing them in February.

Droney as fuck... I don't know if you have seen Sunn O))) (general drone band to compare to) but Earth is a little more mellow, and "structured" I guess you could say. Really enjoyable none the less. Its pretty typical of a drone show. Get ready to listen to some sickening drone, and just zone out. Don't throw up, its that good!
