for those who don't know or have never heard of 2MEX, he is a very respectable and talented MC from Los Angeles. he is part of the well known VISIONARIES and his alter ego THE SUNGODSUNS. to make the long story short he is coming out with a new album under THE SUNGODSUNS that is called "over the counter culture". im not sure who produced this beat but it has a little (sarcastically) TMV in it. i'll post the link and you can tell me what u think.

so i'm guessing you hate jimi hendix's "all along the watchtower, The rolling stones entire first album, and elvis presley's first album also. It's just putting your own twist on an already existing song people have been doing it forever in all genres. I'm sure these guys make their own beats also they just happen to be Mars Volta fans and they wanted to do something different with one of their songs. It's nothing to get pissed about unless we're talking about the blues artist from the 40's and 50's those guys didn't get a dime for their songs or any writing credits, atleast these days people recieve credit for the songs and a percentage of the money it makes.

I don't like the clapping thing over it, they could have made it more rhythmic in a cooler way. It wasn't awesome, but it could've been worse. Albertalb is my favorite member, just look at their topics.
