I have no idea why it's blocked. It has been since even before I was a member and I've had no prior accounts. I sent a message to one of the mods to help me out in early February and frankly, I'm sick of waiting and having to turn on a VPN just to access it. Dunno if it's a good idea to post the IP here or not.

I think you need administrative privilege to do that, and the admins aren't really active here.
