This song reminded me of xenophanes too right away. Song is cool but not blowing me away the first few listens. This song on the other hand sound like a mix of BR with the Xenophanes sound. I like Teri's voice way more than the other girl (sorry cant spell her name, too high).I like this song more than all of the Corazones album tbh. Running Away and the last song are good but I hear the other producers influence too much and its too plain feeling for Omar, like almost forced

the bass tone is great. It has this swelling nature between each note. I'm guessing its a synth bass?
Can't tell if its Teri or Omar singing at times.
I remember in an early BR interview they said they rehearsed stuff for a solo Omar tour which is when we first witnessed BR. I wonder if songs from this album would fit that time frame.

every album Omar releases from now will feature an alternate version of Sea is Rising
I wanna hear ATDI, Antemasque and TMV versions of "sea is rising"

Vanishing Tide is very promising, I didn't have very high hopes for this one but this is outstanding

ironically, i think its the vocals that are limiting my enjoyment lol
i hope the rest of the album isn't as slow, the opening four bars are the best part of the song imo. im really hoping this albums a winner, because it has the best title

I was expecting this to be my least favorite of the four, and I am way into both albums so far, but this has my favorite sound to it of the first three... Just so cool and calm with a certain intensity, and D's drumming is just too god and the vocals, damn..
Tunnel Riot better be nuts.

Funny, now when I hear average vocal performance, I appreciate more great singers and their performances, energy and narration

crap. this isn't doing anything for me at all. hope the rest of it is heavier. though I did love the softer songs in BR: Red and Morning Sickness in particular. time will tell.

To me it sounds like an Octa or Nocto era Volta song. Kind of a cross between Twilight As My Guide and Lapochka, with a little bit of Empty Vessels. But maybe that's just me.
Interesting. I see it. I think for me it provides a perfect atmosphere of the cover art. So dense, but calming in a way.
