This is mainly about listening to a certain band too much, or didn't pass the test of time. Or you don't like that kind of stuff anymore.

The Mars Volta. Yeah I haven't listened to anything after Tremulant EP. What can I say, I love this messageboard, but I can't stand the music anymore. Except for Jon Theodore, and I really enjoy Omar's solo work. But besides that, mehhh.

Radiohead. True, very true. I used to listen to much of it religously, but I can't stand it. I want new material.

Modest Mouse. Besides a few songs, I really, really can't stand this band anymore. It all happened when someone thought it might be a good idea to listen to Moon and Antarctica on mushrooms. Bad decision. I really do appreciate what they've done, but I just can't listen to a full album through anymore.

Well then.

I don't have bands that I used to love and now can't stand. But I do have bands that I used to love and am now perfectly content to never hear again. They are:

Modest Mouse
Radiohead
The Mars Volta
Incubus
Alien Ant Farm
Bela Fleck and the Flecktones

FLECKTONES? SLAP 12 STRING BASS

Strange I actually like the keyboards and electronics better than the more guitar oriented stuff.

Radiohead HAS new material. Theyre testing it live as we speak. Listen to a bootleg from May or June and see the awesomeness that is Radiohead's return. :P

BRAND NEW

I did a tour with these guys a couple years back and actually kinda dug it back then, later on they turned out to be real douchbags. Also within the last year i started to realize how crappy their music was. I just recently was in palo alto, california and took the oppuritunity to not only scratch the shit out of all three cd's i had by them, but also to toss them over a high cliff. fuck those guys and the singer's whine singing.
