Ten, VS, No Code, Riot Act, Lost Dogs, many many live albums... all good.

Also check out Temple Of The Dog and Mother Love Bone if you don't know them.

Not many people know them I bet... there was a topic some time ago and wasn't succesful at all...
I like Temple of the Dog very much (and Mad Season)...
Mother Love Bone was for a long while with me, appreciate it a lot, especially the high-pitched voice...

And I want to compliment your new winter look on the avatar Cloud.
You're cutest as ever before

i like pearl jam, but definatly it doesnt grow on me anymore. their older stuff was pure class and grunge goodness. there new stuff isnt bad, it just doesnt blow me away. ten and vs. were very impressive albums, ten even more so considering they put it together in one month.

GRUNGE LIVES!

Good band. Good lyrics, good singer, good guitarist (Mike).
'Ten' is still one of my favourite albums ever. A hell lot better than Nirvana's 'Nevermind'... I love the way it sounds (almost like a live album)... Some of the songs are very important to me.
That's all I can say.

As I just posted in another thread. Im not much of a fan of Ten, like the other I am very sick of Jeremy.. But I do like Pearl Jam and own one of the double cd bootlegs they're selling, another live cd, and a couple other ones.

No Code has always been my favorite, and it seems to me no one else appreciates that disc. Present Tense is such a wicked song, I think No Code is their most daring and challenging album...

I'm sorry.... I hate them so much. The guy's voice is annoying and I just can't get into it, and in some songs the guitar is too mellow so I can't just drown it out. I've found a few songs I like, 2 or 3, but normally his voice makes me want to scream.

I was in some bass lessons in 2nd semester of high school. I was the single girl, and all the other guys were Pearl Jam freaks who would play their songs all the time, while the teacher would tell me 'you suck at bassplaying, chicks are only good for making tortillas'.
In conclusion, I hate Pearl Jam. And I want them dead.

Have you heard their new version of "In My Tree"? It's on thier new Live at Madison Square Garden DVD. No Code is probably my second favorite album of theirs but only behind Yield. I joined their fan club about 4 years ago and it is probably the best $15 a year i spend. Priority seating at any concert (i follow them) and a x-mas vinyl every year. Best Fan Club in town.

I have not heard the new version of In My Tree. I dont' listen to them too often, of the cd's I own I usually just resort to No Code & leave it at that.

Although I still need to hear, nothing as it seems, from time to time.

where's...chewmauro (?) i think he's our PJ person. well one of them at least. i do so like pearl jam, though i only own 10.

:)
I am the resident Pearl Jam fan. The reason I am here is because way back when a friend on the PJ BBS got me into ATDI.

One of the best rock and roll bands ever. A stellar live show. I love their later stuff. I am just gonna leave it at that because I could bring down Theory's server with my praise for my favorite band.

PS: Kilman, do you tour with them?
