hah, I thought so. It's a shame that their new songs are completely banal. When I listened to So Divided for the first time my old roommate asked me if I was listening to Good Charlotte. At first i was like  but then I realized the album was pretty crappy.

they have good taste in music, and good ideas, but they see far beyond their reach imo. worlds apart was ambitious, but sounded forced to me. so divided, well, i've only listened to it 4 times, max. i think conrad would make a much better producer than frontman at this point.

this band is garbage, overambitious and trying to be more than they are

they should just give up and play three chord pop...i saw them follow the blood brothers and just left cause it was so bad

Both bands can be a car crash live, it really depends on the night. Anyone who hasn't heard Source Tags and Codes can't even step to them though.

Madonna was awesome.

Source Tags was amazing.

Tomb EP was amazing.

Worlds Apart was good. underrated.

So Divided was among the worst things I have ever heard in my entire life. I have never given up hope so fast with a band.

It's weird about their drummer, I think they ended up doing auditions where you could apply through their website. They have a new guy now but idk who it is.

So divided has some good tracks, even though they are much more MOR than any of their other stuff. I like the last track, it kinda sounds like ToD playing the Cure, it's strange.

I love Will You Smile Again? live. It was their last song for the night and it rocked. But Madonna was missing.. not even Mistakes and Regrets or A Perfect Teenhood were played :/

They never play mistakes and regrets anymore, not for years. They played a perfect teenhood the last time I saw them but it was pretty whack, they're too old to be playing that shit. They put this huge jam in the middle of it, but it was... eh.

When I saw them last year in November they opened with Mistakes and Regrets

Oh really? That's cool, but I've never seen em play it. Maybe the first time I saw em when I didn't know their material.

I'm tired of everyone always shitting on them cause of So Divided. I mean it was obviously weak next to the rest of their work, but it wasn't god-awful, just a different direction. The rest of their catalog is solid. They'll bounce back.

Almost every band has a bad album...and So Divided is not as bad as some people say. Wasted State of Mind, So Divided, Life and Sunken Dreams are all really good songs...ohh and Worlds Apart is a fucking great album.

Of the four albums I have:

Worlds Apart > So Divided > Source Tags > Madonna

I just don't get the hype on source tags. And I like the anthemicness of Worlds and Divided.

ST&C>Madonna>All else.

ST&C is perfect.
Everything since has been a bit too arty, and misses the mark.

It sounds like the new album is going to be really good, with a lot of guitar rawk songs. Not that I am some meathead, but they do anthemic guitar rock well. I am excited.
