It's called CONSENSUS

I'd like to show you guys the mathematical formula for Omar and Cedric's talent.

You see, in the yesteryear "heyday" of "05 Cedric".... Omar was a fumbling new-born Ostrich of a guitarist.

Here's an example:

Yeah. That's right. (Notice how awesome Cedric sounds)

Now that Omar has gained "omg teh total pwnage guitar skilllllllz" equivocal to the finest Guitar Hero 5 player, Cedric is... and I quote "teh sucks"

I don't even need an example for this. Here's a chart.

X= Omar, Y = Cedric.

Both of them are super talented so I woulda given them both a +2 but I had enough trouble just finding this graph on the internets. Sigh.

(Edit: I know the Caught in the Sun thing is 01 but my point remains)

Demetri Martin, everyone

Anyone looking to see Cedric and Omar both at the top of their game live need look no further than this live performance of Cassandra. I'm posting a link to part III and IV, but the whole song is up there. IMO, these are by far their tightest live performances. No, Cedric is not crazy at all. He mostly just stands around, but he's spot on.

I love watching Cassandra like this. It reminds me why this band is more than a band to me. Like they're not just up there playing a song. It's not just a song. And it's not just another band 'really expressing themselves'. Something else going on there. Don't know what it is exactly.

that's the Philadelphia dvd from 2005http://forum.thecoma...hl=Philadelphia. one of the best boots/audience recordings ever. the drunkship, cygnus, take the veil, and roulette are fucking ridiculous as well. to me, this was them at the very peak of their form

cicatriz at bgo 10 was aburd. Cedric was kicking ass on every part except for Cicatriz. The new mood and tone of the material is sick. It makes sense, I got a tremulant vibe from it. yup
