How did he water it down? Not judging, cuz I think the second last track is a bit out of place and I would have loved a couple more songs.

One of the best of both series. Not so big on the last two tracks, but the rest is super quality. Probably the best production out of any of these releases.

I still love the last track as a creepy looped outro that slowly fades out. I played Nocto-Zen-Bosnian back to back and it fit like a glove. Especially That's Hell Alright into Eli. But yes, the second last track is an improvement on the Unicorn version, yet it still doesn't fit this record. Omar should have thrown that piece onto another record.

The production is stellar.

The album ends right when it's getting good with Passions may bluff and Lounge for a Tongue. Then things just taper off. As far as I'm concerned a rehash of tennessee and a random loop don't count as songs.

It's not Tenessee but I agree with you. They're just tacked on the end there for no real reason. Lounge is such a brilliant end, you don't need anything else even if I enjoy the final track.

I kinda feel the same about the end of Blind Worms.

Has anyone ever tried mixing the songs from Thrills and Worms into one album? Cut out the instrumentals? They're polished tunes and they're pretty close to the Rainbows sound. Same lineup, clean, coherent vocals..

The rehash of Tennessee and Remember count as songs to me, they feel very different and I love those versions even more, but I agree the second last track doesn't fit much. I like the outro though. Lounge is just so amazing, it's the main reason I want to listen to this album.
