I found this on myspace. Is there going to be a live in madrid album?

"World Class Audio’s most recent clients include The Mars Volta (editing and ProTools engineering on the record Goliath) released February 2008, along with mixing of The Mars Volta live in Madrid, Spain. In addition, 6 Omar Rodriguez-Lopez solo records have been mixed here within a 5 month period."

if this is already posted somewhere...lead me to it.

Don't worry TMV fans. Omar will not let you down. Check out the latest pics on http://www.worldclas...LIENT_LIST.html

Just like God he has great plans http://www.worldclas...m/Pictures.html same photos on their myspace page too! http://viewmorepics....mageID=16369074

I hope this comes to fruition. Though, the soundboard recordings are nice, there is nothing like a mixed live album with crisp sound... I would have preferred that they recorded one of the shows from April for this, when they were doing less songs and those cool ass intros.

This sounds good...

It's supposed to be FTM/AMP only right?

Viscera Eyes
Tetragrammaton
Cygnus....Vismund Cygnus
Asilos Magdalena
Miranda That Ghost Just Isn't Holy Anymore
Day of the Baphomets

Is that show on tremulant sings?

If this is it I'll be very sad. That tracklist lacks L'via, Cassandra and MECCA. Mecca is the shit live.

Oh my god! I have never been this excited for anything TMV related, as I am for this. They hit the nail on the head on choosing this show, of all of them, to be released.

and this is comnig from someone who's not even a big TBIG/08 live fan. You TBIG'08 lovers will be thrilled, I'm sure.

ha! i was hoping to hear about this again. Flip is right, they def choose one of the best shows of 08 to release. not quite as jammy as the march/april shows but i think the combination of a more lengthy setlist with tunes covering all their albums will really appeal to a lot of fans. will attract some new ones too.

It says Universal-GSL. GSL doesn't exist anymore and they're with Warner now.

wow....you can hear marcel's percussion too...this is great. you guys think it's gonna be a double cd (or tripple cd)??? i don't think theres is a vinyl release if it's the whole show though.

btw...if you use firefox there is a plugin called DownloadHelper that can download ANY (well the most common) content on a website e.g. youtube,quicktime.....never tried myspace though

Yup. I'm sure he just simply made a mistake. I'll verify this when I get home after work.

it's a mistake for sure, it says also:

"Bedlam In Goliath" (Universal - GSL)

and you all know there's nowhere on the album the GSL logo, there's already the ORL-P one. ;)

Get your hopes up: http://www.worldclas...TELEVISION.html

I have Produced or mixed over fifty songs that have been placed in Major Motion Pictures, aired on major networks and placed in Cable Productions. Some of the more notable ones being; Sympathy for Delicous starring Orlando Bloom, Julliette Lewis, Mark Ruffalo and Laura Linney, Sentimental Engine Slayer directed and written by Omar Rodriguez-Lopez, Kellogg’s Rice Krispies commercial (mixed 2005), The Wild Thornberry’s Movie (produced, engineered, mixed feature song), Without a Paddle, featuring Seth Green (produced, engineered, mixed song used in movie) , SES Sentimental Engine Slayer (mixed this full length film from Omar Rodriquez Lopez)...

Wrote it twice, even  probably another mistake.
