So yeah, I've been totally obsessed with this band for a few months now and I thought I'd spread the word because they fucking rawk. The first time I heard their album I was all like, "omg dis rox!1" And then later I heard the demos for their upcoming release, and they totally blow away the album. I keep hearing people describe them as like, "If The Mars Volta and The Blood Brothers procreated, this would be their child." That description kinda sucks, but it's the best way I can describe them (because I suck and I'm lazy), although the Volta-ness is really more on the demos. So check them out for some post-hardcore goodness.

Songs to get from the album:

Reassurance Rests In The Sea
The Last March Of The Ents
Whacko Jacko Steals The Elephant Man's Bones

Demo songs:

Ghostship part 1
Ghostship part 4
Ghostship part 5

Go for it.

HOW MANY MONTHS HAVE I BEEN TALKING ABOUT THIS BAND!? LIKE 4 TO 6 MONTHS! NO ONE LISTEN TO LITTLE OL ME THOUGH.

No seriously, great band. Thomas (lead singer and guitarist) is probably one of the best guitarists i've heard in my entire life. And he's 19. great live show too.

did i mention they are all self taught? well they are.

listen to the guitar.. yeah, there's only 1.

oh yeah, they recorded the album in one take.

Whenever I read The Fall Of Troy I think Spirit Of Versailles. And then that leads me to believe that Fall Of Try are indeed awesome, until I realize my mistake. I think they''re okay, nothing special.

Talented musicians; repetitive music. If they just break out of the box and spread their wings, they could be amazing.
