I like him, but can't listen to too much at any given time. Haven't heard his newest album yet.

i have a challenge/question for you all:

in "All the Children are Dead" off of Doll Doll Doll, what's the source of the sample from 1:02-1:50?

i'd love to know.

It's from the radio talk show 'Coast to Coast AM'. A caller tells a story about his grandfather, telling him a story about how his deputy on the police force in the small town they lived in, discovered countless corpses of dead children in a closed down hydraulics plant. The corpses were of 74 children who went "missing" in the town until their mutilated bodies were found piled on the ground and in the combine pit of the closed down plant. I found this on Wikipedia.

"It was a cylindrical room with a massive pit in the middle
and he was with me, and you could hear whispers, giggling, and things such as that
and that's when he heard the footsteps coming up the little ladder
and he walked into the cylindrical room
and he saw movement like a mole burrowing beneath the ground, beneath the carcasses
and he looked at me, and he said 'Do you believe in monsters? Do you believe in demons?'

There were 74 children murdered; one right after another."

wow. you totally win. i was expecting no one to have any idea.

and wow. that shit's actually true? that's sooooo fucked up

*edit*
when i initially wondered where the sample was from, wikipedia was the first place i checked, but it didnt have that info. but that was 6+ months ago

google is finding NOTHING about that particular C2C AM story, so i guess it isn't anything that was documented/real

well look at that, i managed to find the source of this sample:

http://www.mediafire...cad4f45bfd40abd

the 12 min call from Coast to Coast AM.
it's interesting to see how Vsnares cut it up to make it more disturbing than it already is

I haven't heard the Vsnares song, but this made me look behind my back and it's light out.

Talking about the hungarian album (though it is very sick) is sooo 2008. 'Traditional Synthesizer Music' is his best work imho. I get choked up with emotion when I think about the beauty of it. Everybody needs to hear it.
