That's the bluegrass part, if I'm not mistaken.

Good shit.

It makes me think of BTBAM. The bluegrass part in Son of Nothing, I think. Haha

Wow, I know people that would pay for airfare to go see all 4 of these.

Luckily I no longer talk to them.

I wouldn't mind going to the 1st three, Good Apollo 2 made me feel sick, god knows what the live experience would do to me.

In Keeping Secrets would be the best one imo. The start of the third night will be shitty though, crappy way to open a gig.

I honestly would like to see Good Apollo Vol. 1 preformed in it's entirety. Just to see them playing the whole The Willing Well would be awesome.

I really hope they record that shit.

oddly, i was thinking they should do this, like 2 years ago, they should play all the albums straight through (technically speaking they are). maybe I'll go to NYC depending on the specifics. I would like to hear SSTB songs like "Hearshot Kid Disaster", and also the last 3 of Apollo vol. 1. Although not much interest in hearing IKSSE again or the latest album

i'll just keep in my head the thoughts that they suck live now and would probably ruin the album. frowns.

Why?

The old drummer sucked.
You want him to just dumb everything down so it sounds like the album?

Even though they aren't that great live, I'd pay alot of money to see SSTB.

My opinion of him is like that of Pridgen..while he is probably a very talented drummer, he needs to learn to lay off sometimes with displaying his technical prowess, and stop filling every possible second with a cymbal crash or a drumroll.

Listen to Sugar Coated Sour.

In the first minute, there's like 4 fills, and those are at the ends of sections. I have no clue what you're talking about.

their last record was fucking horrible.
but the first two records were visionary.
so i'm on the fence, no coheed-bullshit-storyline-pun intended.

in coheed land, penne is shite. josh had such a groove, chris has none of that. i'm not trashing his skills here, but josh was perfect for that band. i've seen them both live and coheed is no longer the same. i gave up on them a while ago, but i would totally check the first two nights just to hear 21:13 and god send conspirator. if i was rich. which i'm not.

i'll wait to rip the dvd.
