I’m guessing this relates to the Volta vinyl announcement (the huge box set on Clouds Hill). Perhaps a physical release for some of the Ipecac albums?

I don't think so because Somnambulist is different from Arañas, you can try to compare the song 'Casate Comillo' with 'Extravagants Dientes'
