Yeah same actually. Similar in style to WM, but it's a bit more "Omar". Some cool sounding synths on this album. Looking forward to it.

Marcel's still all over this though it seems.
I caved, listened to the samples. Sounds very exciting -- just enough similarities to WM but still sounds cohesive enough to stand on its own. Although I bet a compilation of tracks from both will make it even better.

i just listened to in absentia and it dawned on me how it's interesting to see now that "commercial" sounding electronica was something he had been working on for a while. i always figured that and piedras were anomalies, now we have albums worth with weekly mansions and this
