badass mofo

there are lots of threads about his 'new album leak' (guero/information lol) and stuff
but there were no actual threads about Beck in general... until now

Devil's Haircut
The New Pollution
Deadweight
Nicotine & Gravy

this shit never gets old.

Guero and Mellow Gold are my two favourates. the information is farily shitty in my opinion.
good live though, saw beck with radiohead last year. was kick ass.

Midnite Vultures is the best by such a long shot, but I think I and my friend Oscar are the only people who agree.

my brother and i both agree with Midnite Vultures being the best

his voice... is it normally like that? or does he record the vocal track twice everytime? it's something i've always wondered.

I never liked him until I saw him at V. It's funny because all the Beck fans thought he sucked.

He didn't suck suck....
he just had a cold and/or flu (which was a shame because he came all this way and only played 2 shows)
and didn't play anything from Midnite Vultures (and possibly Mutations)

but the set was brilliant!
it was great hearing the Sea Change songs with him acoustic instead of a whole orchestra like last time
and that electrified percussive dining table and the puppets were the shiz

I still enjoyed the Sea Change tour more though
