native is great. but the old shit is way more mathy, sloppy and fun compared to ponyboy. sounds like their trying to follow in foals' brilliant footsteps without much success.

so my band played with them yesterday (july 18th) and let me tell you these guys
are FUCKIN AMAZING live, they're really energetic, their sound is really tight live,
they loud as fuck, i bought their EP as well and i guess they're releasing a new album
very soon and they were going to be over at Sargent House today taking care of some
stuff that i probably can't mention at the moment. So please CHECK EM OUT, you
won't regret it.

the lead singer sounds like Montana Max from Tiny Toons who is also Budnick from Salute your shorts as I have now learned from Wikipedia.

Yeah, I think Native is amazing musically, but the singer needs to change up his vocals. Sounds like he's yelling or screaming at the same pitch all the time on every song.

Yea, the music is AWESOME, but it's tough to listen to with the singer. I really think this would be one of my favorite bands with a different singer or if the singer sang differently.
