Yes Lisa is one half of Big Sir, and Matt Embree is best known for being in the band RX Bandits. He is also in his own solo project Love You Moon and involved in alot of other stuff, (The Sound of Animals Fighting, Coke vs Bills) He, as well as the music he makes, is fucking awesome, and is also well loved by everybody at Sargent House, including Mr. Rodriguez-Lopez himself. Can't wait for the Matt-Lisa collab, will be insane

I stopped by for about fifteen minutes, saw Matt Embree play a song, saw Juan downstairs conversing, saw some other SHouse dudes walk in, saw Cedric upstairs, looked at the prints and left. There wasn't much to do, really. But it was kinda cool.

I saw some prints without the album titles but I guess they were not for sale (Solar Gambling for example).
solar gambling (without text) is in an edition of 10 and $150
old money (without text) is in an edition of 10 and $100
all beautiful pieces and reasonably priced.

No, I just enjoyed looking at those pictures on flickr and thought it was cool that they also presented "products" (vinyls) with artwork by Sonny Kay. (So I'm not sure whether those vinyls were there on sale, but on the other hand why not buy a vinyl just because you like the artworkand artwork with album titles (thanks for the picture link, sier)
