Look at the signs. Cedric could have told us this months ago. The Bosnian Rainbows start making hype with their first single today, and there is Cedric to drop a twitter turd all over our internet chests. They got back together as At The Drive-In last year. Think in terms of context and time, and you can see right through it tall.

Youre right, Cedric could in all actuality be perfectly fine with things being done, and him and Omar came up with this to hype Bosnian, Cedric would probably be down if he was okay with TMV break up. We all know how much they love trolling the fans.

Omar always talked about Noctourniquet being his last album as a "dictator," and needed to go back in to a band setting to rediscover himself. Meanwhile, Cedric is having fun.

I do want to hear what Omar has to say because there are two sides to every story and we haven't heard his side of things. Cedric, by his own admission, isn't telling us the whole story, saying we should ask him in person what really went down.

If they never play together again I am very glad I got to seem them live as many times as I was able to and to have had so much fun listening to their music.

It sucks for all the fans who never got to see them though.

Not trolling. Definitely true. Definitely real shit being said. Let's be honest with ourselves, The Mars Volta has not been The Mars Volta since Thomas left. And they kinda sucked after Adrian left. And it's pretty apparent that Omar hasn't given a fuck about the band since 2008.

But 2001-2008....those were eight fucking fun years, no? Glad to have been a part of them. Truly something special, and everyone who was there (especially Cedric and O) knows it.

I thank the band very much for what they've done for me personally and others out there.

Well I'm glad I got to see them live many times, and during the glory days too, first saw them in 2004. Great memories! Deloused, Frances, and Amp were a huge part of my life. Albums they released after that didn't make me feel the same way.

Maybe Bosnian releasing their first single today pushed Cedric over the edge. I don't think twitter is the best way to say everything he said, but it sounds like he's pretty frustrated and pissed off at how everything went down.
